Note on Filing Fee:

  • If your application is filed within 31 months after temporary residency was granted, the fee is $1,370 per person with a $4,230 family cap.

  • If your application is filed later than 31 months after temporary residency was granted the fee is $1,410 per person with a $4,230 family cap. 

An $80 per applicant fee (unless 14 years of age or older than 79 years) for biometrics may be required.
